About Eric

I’m traditionally non-traditional, an oxymoron if you will. (Yes, you were supposed to laugh.) I was born and raised in rural Northwest Arkansas, where summers felt like a highlight reel of The Sandlot and The Goonies, eventually turning into a Dazed and Confused kind of adolescence. Sports were life, until life became full-time.

After a couple of semesters of college, the grades were fine, but the pull of the workforce felt stronger. So I stepped into it.

Since then, the path has been anything but linear. I’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with real work and real life, from the world’s deepest offshore oil and gas facility to research and development roles across global sectors. Along the way, I’ve worn a few titles, licensed electrician, certified life coach, trainer, speaker, and more. But at the end of the day, I’m just a human learning as I go.

My journey has been one of reinvention. Careers have pivoted. Opportunities have both knocked and ghosted. People have come and gone. Life has unfolded exactly as it needed to.

Over the past decade, I’ve learned to live with greater clarity, humility, and intention, sober and present in a way I never was before. Maybe it’s the result of consistent reflection, an insatiable curiosity for life, or a deep love for meaningful conversation. Or maybe it’s because I no longer live for myself.

In truth, this has very little to do with me. The only reason I’m still alive is because Jesus Christ saved my life.

It’s been a wild ride, and the one thing I know for certain is that we were never meant to do it alone. The human experience invites us to think deeper, lead better, and live with greater purpose.
